Fitness: access to beauty center and to the covered swimming-pool
Pets: only small size allowed, but not in the commune space or on the beach, € 60,00 for week, + € 40,00 for extra sanitary apartment's cleaning (see condition and terms).
Sheets and towels change during the week: king size bed € 10,00, single bed € 8,00, bathroom Kit each person € 10,00. Beach towel € 6,00.
Extra cleaning during the week: € 25,00 each apartment, € 30,00 trilo, € 35,00 for trilo + and duplex, € 40,00 for paintings.
Baby's cradle: € 30,00 a week for kids (0-2 years old) , to ask during the reservation; allowed your own cradle for free.
General condition: no reservation fees
Weekly plan “ Saturday to saturday”: Check in starting at 5 p.m until 10 p.m. Check out at 10 a.m.
Cancellation: 10 % on entire amount before the 30th day before arrival. 30% on entire amount before 20th day before arrival. 50% on entire amount before 10th day before arrival.
Long vacation: 10% discount on more than two weeks stay (August excluded); All prices are TAXES included (IVA).
