Apartment types available: “D”: Bilo beds 2+2 (room with king size bed + sleeper sofa in the lounge)
“A” “M” “C”: Trilo beds 4+2 room with king size bed + duble bed-room + sleeper sofa in the lounge
“B” “E”: Trilo +: beds 4+2 (room with king size bed + duble bed-room + sofa bed in the lounge + balcony with miniswimming pool)
“I”: Quadri beds 6+2 room with king siza bed +2 room w/double bed+ sleeper sofa in the lounge.
Residence standard
Prices: Weekly for each apartment , based on accomodating 2 /4 /6 people;
Weekly fee each additional guest (max 2 additional guests each appartament) € 65,00 (children 0-3 yrs no fee)
Price including:
Weekly services include: Bedding and towels changes and maid servce.
Last day cleaning (stove and silverware are client care or by payment of € 30,00)
Club Card: (From 09/6 to 15/9).
Beach Service: (from 09/6 to 22/9 ) 1 sun bed, 1 beach chair, 1 umbrella
Additional deposit required: € 200,00 each apartment refundable upon check-out.

Pets: allowed only small size pet in the apartment, but not in the commune area or on the beach, € 60,00 for week, + € 40,00 for extra sanitary apartment's cleaning (see condition and terms).
No reservation fees
Weekly plan “ Saturday to saturday”: Check in starting at 5 p.m until 8 p.m. Check out at 10 a.m.
Cancellation: 10 % on entire amount before the 30th day before arrival. 30% on entire amount before 20th day before arrival. 50% on entire amount before 10th day before arrival.
Long vacation: 10% discount on more than two weeks stay (August excluded);
All prices are TAXES included (VAT).
